Each song is individually composed, written, and produced to create a unique and personalized experience.
Because of the creative and artistic nature of this work, slight variations in tone, style, or interpretation may occur and are considered part of the creative process.

3. Orders

Placing an order through MyGiftSound.com constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email acknowledgment of your purchase.

MyGiftSound reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • A payment issue occurs

  • The order contains incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate information

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in USD ($) and include applicable taxes.
Payments are made securely through our integrated payment providers (such as credit card, PayPal, or Shop Pay).

Full payment is required at the time of order. Production of your song begins only after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

  • Digital products: Delivered via email within 24–48 hours after order confirmation (unless otherwise stated).

  • Delivery time may be extended slightly if additional information or clarification is required from the customer.

If you have not received your order within 48 hours, please contact our support team at contact@mygiftsound.com.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, personalized digital content is exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Once production of your song has begun, your order cannot be canceled or refunded.

7. Guarantees & Claims

MyGiftSound guarantees that each custom song will be delivered as described.

If a verified production error occurs (for example, a misspelled name or missing detail that was clearly provided), we will correct it at no additional cost.
Up to three total revisions are included in your order.

All claims must be submitted via email to contact@mygiftsound.com within 30 days of delivery.

8. Liability

MyGiftSound is not responsible for:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction or emotional interpretation of the creative work

  • Indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or services

  • Loss of access to digital content due to customer error or technical issues beyond our control

Our obligation is limited to delivering the product as described in your confirmed order.

9. Intellectual Property

All songs, lyrics, audio files, images, text, and brand materials found on this website are the exclusive property of MyGiftSound.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the song you purchase.
Commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or public broadcasting of the song is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from MyGiftSound.

10. Conflict Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek an amicable solution.
If no agreement can be reached, any legal dispute shall be governed by the laws of the United States, under the jurisdiction of Delaware.

11. Modifications to These Terms

MyGiftSound reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of your order.

By subscribing to SMS or email marketing through our website or during checkout, you consent to receive:
