1. Digital Product Delivery

All custom songs are delivered digitally via email as a downloadable MP3 file, along with a PDF of the lyrics (if included in your order).

⏱️ Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: within 24–48 hours after your order is confirmed.

  • If we need clarification or additional details from you, delivery may take slightly longer. In that case, we’ll contact you promptly to ensure accuracy.

You’ll receive an email once your song is complete and ready for download.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Delivery Fees

Digital delivery is 100% free — there are no shipping or handling costs for any order.

3. Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your song within 48 hours, please:

  • Check your email (including spam and promotions folders)

  • Contact us right away so we can resend your files or resolve the issue
