Refund Policy


At MyGiftSound, our mission is to deliver meaningful, fully personalized musical experiences. Each song is uniquely created based on your story, making it a one-of-a-kind creation crafted exclusively for you.

Because of the custom and digital nature of our product, our refund policy is designed to protect both your rights as a customer and the integrity of our creative process.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (including Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code and international equivalents):

  • Custom digital products (such as personalized songs) are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

  • Once your order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Digital Products (Custom Songs & Audio Content)

All MyGiftSound creations are custom-made digital products, and therefore non-refundable.

Reasons for this policy:

🎵 Intangible nature: Once a song is delivered digitally, it cannot be returned or verified as unused.
✍️ Personalization: Each song is custom-written, composed, and produced specifically for you.
✅ Immediate execution: By placing your order, you agree that production begins promptly and waive any right to cancellation once creation has started.

⚠️ Exception

If a verified production error occurs on our part (e.g., an incorrect name, or details clearly provided were ignored), we will:

  • Offer up to 3 total revisions included with your order to correct the issue.

No refunds are issued for digital content once production has begun.

3. How to Request a Correction

If you believe an error occurred in your custom song, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review your request and, if applicable, make the necessary corrections as part of your included revision options.

4. Important Notes

  • Refunds are not issued for reasons of taste, emotional interpretation, or general dissatisfaction if the song matches the details originally provided.

  • Partial refunds are not offered for unused features (e.g., if fewer than 3 revisions are used).

  • Please ensure your order details are accurate before confirming, as they directly inform the songwriting process.
